The paper proposes the Design rules of crane, valid in our country apply stress amplitude method instead of stress ratio method.

起重机钢结构的疲劳寿命计算,可采用应力比法或应力幅法。文章对两种方法的计算原则进行了剖析,对美国NCHRP机构利用不同材质与不同结构形式钢梁所作的疲劳试验作了详尽介绍,认为焊接结构的疲劳寿命主要取决于应力幅和连接形式,与最大应力、应力比和钢种的关系不大,建议我国起重机设计规范改用应力幅法。

There are some limitations in the motor heat verification method recommended by the Crane Design Regulation in China GB3811-83. The method of average loss should be applied to verification of generated heat of a speed regulated crane motor. The original data provided by the manufacturer should be used to find the typical load diagram, considering some specific problems in speed regulating operation.

我国起重机设计规范GB3811—83推荐的电动机发热校验方法有局限性,对调速起重机的电动机机发热校验应选用平均损耗法。应利用制造厂提供的原始数据,找出典型负载图,并考虑调速运行的一些特殊问题。
