he IR spectrum of 46 different Chinese medicine herbs are tested. The 27 of which dividing into two groups are dryed by traditional and soclar/IR method respectively. The match of the spectrum of dried objects and the spectrum of IR coatings in the solar/IR dryers are under investigation.

测试了46种中草药的红外光谱。其中27种中草药样品分成两份,分别用自然千燥和太阳能红外综合千燥装置进行干燥,对样品的红外光谱和干燥装置内涂布的低温选择性远红外涂料的红外辐射谱的匹配情况进行了研究。

kinds samples of Chinese medicinal herbs which tespectively have different medical parts are selected,Each sample is divided into two'doses. One dose is dried by the classical natural drying method,the other by a comprehensive dryer of solar and infrared radiation energy.The UV absorption spectrums of the two doses of each medicinal herb sample dried by different method are studied and compared.

用太阳能红外综合干燥装置和自动测试仪器,对秦艽(Gentianamacrophylla)、黄芩(Scutellariabaicalensis)、丹参(Salviamiltiorrhiza)进行干燥特性试验,并进行温度、相对湿度、物料脱水量的动态连续测量。结果表明,较合理的工艺是在干燥初期将空气流体相对湿度控制在50%~60%,匀速干燥阶段控制在40%~45%,降速干燥阶段迅速将室内空气温度降至与室外环境空气温度相近。
