From this model, one can estimate whether the process is controlled by diffusion or by reaction. The model predictions are in good agreement with the experimental data on the extraction of acetic acid. In general, the zero-order solution is adequate to describe the extraction process in the liquid surfactant membranes.

The axial mixing coefficients of two phases E. E have been taken by computer simulating the measured concentration profiles hased on diffusion theory. The influence of different opera tion conditions and different plate constructions on axial mixing were studied as well....

The axial mixing coefficients of two phases E. E have been taken by computer simulating the measured concentration profiles hased on diffusion theory. The influence of different opera tion conditions and different plate constructions on axial mixing were studied as well. After computer optimization. correlations of biphase axial coefficient were obtained. The deviation between calculated values and measured ones is approximately 25%.

选用30%磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为萃取剂,用煤油作稀释剂,从稀醋酸水溶液中萃取醋酸。测定了两相逆流的条件下,在往复振动式筛板抽提塔不同高度处的溶质浓度剖面。应用扩散模型原理,通过拟合实测的浓度剖面,得到两相的返混系数(E_x、E_y)。同时,研究了不同操作条件下以及不同塔板结构对返混的影响规律。经过多次优化,得到了两相返混参数的关联式,应用该式所得E_x、E_y的计算值与实测值的误差为25%左右。
