    The colloidal liquid aphrons(CLA) have been prepared. Their sizes and viscosities are mainly affected by the phase volume ratio(PVR). In this paper, the N-O, O-dialkylphosphoamidates (R①O)2P (O) (NHR②) (R① , R②: alkyls) which have the key group of both amine and TBP are used to extract acetic acid from acetic acid dilute solution. This kind of extractants can give larger distribution coefficients than amine and TBP. With the 31 PNMR and IR spectra, the extraction mechanism of acetic acid dilute solution is studied. Two kinds of extraction mechanism, which are hydrogen bond complexing mechanism and ion salinization mechanism, are proposed.

选用磷酰胺类(R①O)2P(O)NR②R③作为络合萃取剂,以集中磷氧类和胺类的关键基因于一体,研究其对醋酸稀溶液中醋酸的萃取分离效果。实验发现在醋酸低浓度区磷酰胺类萃取剂比磷氧类和胺类萃取剂具有更大的分配系数。还通过红外谱图和31PNMR谱图的测定,探讨了磷酰胺类萃取剂萃取醋酸体系的机理,提出在醋酸低浓度区主要为氢键缔合机理,醋酸高浓度区主要为离子成盐机理。

The mechanism of extraction of acetic acid with primary amine N 1923 has been studied at 298±1 K. The composition of the extracted complexes was determined by methods of the corresponding solution, saturation extraction and infrared spectrometry. The influence of temperature upon the extraction equilibrium has been discussed. The back extraction of the acetic acid from loading organic phase with NaOH solution has been explored.

研究了伯胺N1923萃取醋酸(HAc)的机理.利用对应溶液法确定了萃取平衡,求得平衡常数;辅以饱和法、红外光谱法确认萃合物的组成为N1923·HAc,N1923·2HAc和N1923·3HAc.初步探讨了温度对萃取平衡的影响和进行反萃的条件.

Six novel type extractant dialkylphosphoamidate(see Tab. 1) were synthesized. A series of extraction experiments were carried out for separation of acetic acid from dilute solution by the title compounds in the mixture of 1octanol and kerosene. The mechanism of the extraction has been studied by IR and NMR spectrometry.

以6种磷酰胺类化合物为络合剂,正辛醇和加氢煤油为稀释剂,研究了混合溶剂对醋酸稀溶液的萃取相平衡,讨论了磷酰胺类化合物的不同结构对萃取特性的影响.利用红外谱图和31PNMR谱图分析了磷酰胺类化合物萃取醋酸的机理.
