This paper presented a further description of the background,significance and structural characteristics of the new research program Quantitatively Medicine Simulating and Operating by Computer (QMSOC).And ten operators,which are applicable to the calculation of the substance concentrations,pathological explo-ration and the evaluation of biomedical effects,were also recommended.The following are 70 new binary quantitative relations created through operator 1,making an increment of 22.6% over the total of original binary relations in the data base.In addition,the differences of QMSOC from other medical intelligent systems also were discussed

本文进一步阐述医学的计算机定量模拟和运算(QMSOC)产生的背景、意义及结构特点,介绍了可用于物质浓度计算、病因探索、生物医学的效应估计等10个算子,并列举了由算子1产生的70个新的定量二元医学关系,比QMSOC现有的二元关系库中关系总数增加22.6%。文章最后讨论了QMSOC与其他医学人工智能系统的区别。

By experiment on human erythrocyte hemolysis, SEM observation and detection of hydroxyleradical with chemical photogenesis, the magnetized water is proved with certain effect of antioxidation,which could last for 1~2 hours.It is believed that the effect has some relationship with change of iron radical inmagnetized water. The results could explain the various effects of biological medicine for magnetized water,having an important significance.

The bioeffects of microwave and millimeter wave are introduced in this paper. The destroying effects of high power microwave irradiation and curative effects of low power millimeter irradiation on blood system of living body are observed. The bioeffects of microwave and millimeter wave are introduced in this paper. The destroying effects of high power microwave irradiation and curative effects of low power millimeter irradiation on blood system of living body are observed. It is found that the high power microwave irradiation has strong influences on blood viscosity, blood viscoelasticity,erythrocyte aggregation erythrocyte deformation and platelet aggregation. The low power millimeter wave irradiation has curative effects on white blood cell and marrow cell. I t can diminish the decrease of white blood cell number caused by x-ray irradiation and chemical curation,and increase the risistant ability of living body.

介绍了微波毫米波的生物医学效应,观察了大功率微波对生物体外用血像的损伤作用和低功率毫米波的治疗作用,发现大功率微波照射对血液粘度、红细胞聚集性和变形性、血小板聚集性有严重的杀伤作用,而低功率毫米波对特定部位的有效照射能够对白细胞和骨髓细胞产生保护作用,能减轻化疗和放疗期白细胞的下降,提高机体对化学药物治疗和放射剂量的承受力。
