Experiment results show that strength of deformed bar had been raised to the 75/100 grade from 50/80 grade if technological process of the slack quenching and spontaneous tempering had been processed. Generally, when rolling is carried out at 1050°C and followed by controlled cooling of the surface temperature to the range of 300-400°C, an extra fine pearlite or bainite structure will be formed, which are better than pearlite-ferrite structure.

本文叙述在实验室采取淬火+自回火工艺对35Si2V螺旋钢筋的研究结果.根据机械性能、金相组织、电子显微镜断口形貌的观察和冷却曲线的测定结果认为:适当的淬火+自回火工艺可把该钢筋的性能从热轧状态的50~80kg级提高到75~100kg级.指出若利用轧后余热控制冷却在12秒以内把钢筋表面温度冷至300~400℃范围,就能较好地抑制珠光体相变从而获得更细的屈氏体为主或贝茵体为主的组织,使强度级别达到75~100kg 级并具有良好的塑性 (ε_5≥10%) 和冷弯性能(d=5α 90°良好).为采取轧后余热处理工艺生产高强度预应力精轧螺旋钢筋提供了工艺参数.
