The active vibration control of a flexible launching beam activated by amoving rigid body is studied. An optimal control strategy is proposed with the displacement of the beam end as the performance index and with the restriction of zerovibration at the terminal time. The simulation and the experimental results showthat the control strategy can efficiently suppress the vibration of the beam activatedby a moving rigid body.

研究了移动刚体激励下弹性发射架的主动振动控制。提出了以梁端振动位移为性能指标和具有末态时刻梁振动为零的末态约束的最优控制方案。用该控制方案进行的仿真计算和模型实验表明,该方案可有效地抑制梁的振动。

The dynamic modeling of a new kind of elastic launch system was made, which is also called the elastomeric ejection system (EES). The contracting and releasing energy process of the expanding curved surface of rubber was analyzed. The coupling function of the “elastic surface fluid” was resolved by use of converse solving method. The main characteristic of the system, for instance, the departing velocity, with which a carrier departs from the launch tube, was estimated through the simulation of the system dynamics....

基于弹性发射系统动力学模型 ,对以膨胀橡胶曲面的收缩释能过程为代表的系统弹性动力学特性进行了深入分析 .采用逆解法解决了系统的弹性面 -水流体耦合的动力学求解问题 .利用某特种橡胶材料模量试验数据以及已知的有关参数值 ,通过动力学模型的仿真得出以载体出管速度为代表的系统主要性能指标的估计 .同时探讨了参数的变化对系统主要性能的影响程度 .结果表明 ,弹性发射性能优良 ,是一种可开发研制的新型发射技术

Preparation of super-smooth surface on crystal or glass has become,one of the key problems in precision process with the developments in optics,microelectronics,space and laser technologies. Besides improvement of traditional polishing process, float polishing,ion beam machining,elastic emission machining and other new methods of polishing have been used for preparing super-smooth surface in the last decade. In this paper,the super-smooth surface measurement and preparation methods and their development are summarized,and the chemical mechanical and mechanism of polishing is also discussed.

随着光学、微电子、航天和激光技术的发展,在晶体或玻璃等无机材料上制备亚纳米级的超光滑无损伤表面已成为现代精密加工技术领域的重点研究课题。近年来,此项技术研究进展迅速,不仅改进了传统的抛光技术,还出现了浮法抛光、离子束加工和弹性发射加工等新技术。系统介绍了超光滑表面的检测、制备技术及其发展,并讨论了抛光过程中的机械化学作用机理。
