This paper systematically researches the basic theory of cascade synthesis of RC Two-ports Voltage Ratio (VR) , especially gives a method how to dispose the zaros and poles of the subnetworks VR to the given VR,which the subnetworks are first-order or second -order sections. The method is fit for the cases that output terminal is unloaded or resistors or Resistor-Capacitors lood.
