Large-angle CBED patterns generated by a large electron probe (>2μm) may besdistorted, but they are useful.

An investigation of the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of the crystals Li_λNa_(1-x)NbO_3 with x=0.09,0.12 and 0.16 was carried out. The point groups of the crystals at room temperature were determined by means of X—ray diffraction and ferroelectric measurement. By measuring the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and the electric hystersis loops, the transition temperature T_c, Curie-Weiss constant C, spontaneous polarization Ps, coercive field Ec and loss tangent at high-intensity-field tgδH...

An investigation of the dielectric and ferroelectric properties of the crystals Li_λNa_(1-x)NbO_3 with x=0.09,0.12 and 0.16 was carried out. The point groups of the crystals at room temperature were determined by means of X—ray diffraction and ferroelectric measurement. By measuring the temperature dependence of dielectric constant and the electric hystersis loops, the transition temperature T_c, Curie-Weiss constant C, spontaneous polarization Ps, coercive field Ec and loss tangent at high-intensity-field tgδH were deduced for each of the three crystals. The significa- nt difference between T_c and To indicates the first order character of this transition. The crystal with x=0.12 possesses the highest Ps lowest Ec among all the crystals with three different compositions and is a potential ferroelectric material with outstanding properties. A minimum of the imaginary part of the dielectric constant was observed at lower frequencies from the frequency dependence of the dielectric constant, this implies the existence of imperfections and space-charge polarization in the crystals.

研究了Li_xNa_(1-x)NbO_3系统中x=0.09,0.12及0.16的三种组份晶体的介电与铁电性能。根据x光衍射及铁电测量,确定了在室温时晶体的点群。通过测量介电系数的温度依赖性和电滞回线,得出了此三种组份晶体的转变温度T_c,居里——外斯温度T_0,居里——外斯常数c,自发极化强度P_z,矯顽场E_c以及强场损耗正切tgδ_H。T_C和T_O之间的显著差别表示此种转变的一级相变特性。三种组份中,x=0.12的晶体具有最大的P_s,最小的E_c,可望发展成为性能优异的新铁电材料。介电系数的频率特性显示,介电系数虚部在较低频率时呈现极小值,这表明晶体中存在缺陷和空间电荷极化。

The studies on quasicrystals should be incorporated into the field of crystallography to expand the content of crystallography. A set of point groups and single forms existing in quasicrystal with five-fold symmetry, has been derived. Comparing with classical crystallography, fourteen new point groups and twenty four new single forms have been added. In addition, according to the building principle of quasicrystal, four quasicrystal lattices have been deduced.

应该把有关准晶体的研究纳入晶体学领域,扩大晶体学的内容与涵义。作者把含有五次对称的准晶体的点群与单形作了推导,与经典结晶学相比,增加了14种新点群和24种新单形。此外,作者根据准晶态的构筑原理,又推导出4种准晶格。
