Quarternary Pb [(Sn1/3Nb2/3)A(Zn1/3Nb2/3)BTicZrD]O3 piezoelectric ce-ramics and their filters are described as well as the design and main tech-nology of electrode patterns for direct coupling dual mode structures used for the filter. Based on these ceramic substrates and electrode patterns, a 6.5 MHz ceramic filter for TV aural IF circuit has been fabricated using conventional photolithography, with B≤6dB, △B<1dB, △f-3dB≥±110kHz,△f-20dB<630kHz,and Bz>30dB.

A novel fabrication technology of Spindt FEA with distribuled series lateral resistors is proposed. The electrodes, insulator layer and FEA layer are fabricated by sputtering. Using magnet enhanced RIE system, the electrode patterns of Mo film and hole (lμm depth and 1 μm diameter) on Sio 2 insulator layer are formed. Through evaporaling of Al and Mo in electron beam evaporation system with two sources the Mo microtip array is obtained and then the Spindt FEA with distributed series resistors is manufactured....

Through evaporaling of Al and Mo in electron beam evaporation system with two sources the Mo microtip array is obtained and then the Spindt FEA with distributed series resistors is manufactured. The field emission under normal conditions is finally measured.
