文章以S_1、S_2流面理论为基础,对实际流动进行平均化处理,建立起混流式水轮机转轮的一种准三元设计方法。S_2流面采用有限元计算,S_1流面采用积分法计算。该设计方法不仅考虑了连续方程和叶片微分方程,还考虑了水流的运动方程,使计算出的轴面流场更符合实际情况,从而可提高水轮机转轮设计的命中率。以该方法为基础所开发的混流式转轮准三元设计系统,成功地应用于水轮机转轮设计,表明该设计方法是实用和有效的。

The article proposes the engineering application of twisted and bowed blade in the LP last stage of large steam turbine. Full 3D design system is used for the twisted and bowed blade. Through the aerodynamic analysis of a 1m twisted and bowed blade, it is possible to adjust the shape of the isobar by twisted and bowed molding. At the same time, different camber will be bring on negative effect. It is important to choose the proper camber in the design.

目的是讨论弯扭叶片在大功率汽轮机低压缸末级的工程应用问题。弯扭叶片的通流设计采用全三元设计系统进行。通过对1m 级叶片的气动分析,表明弯扭成型可以有效地调整等压线的分布形状,同时也应注意不同弯曲度所带来的负面效应,在设计中优化选取适当的弯曲度。
