本文提出了在考虑制造误差与受载变形的情况下对弧齿锥齿轮进行轮齿接触分析的方法,称之为ETCA(ErrorToothContactAnalysis).首先依据弧齿锥齿轮的切齿工艺,建立齿面切齿共轭方程;然后针对齿轮到的实际工作条件,建立计及误差的传动啮合方程;最后通过求解方程,分析了误差对弧齿锥齿轮的齿面接触区和运动曲线的影响,获得了有用的结论,本文方法和结论,为预测弧齿锥齿轮传动的真实接触特性,以及确定最佳的切齿调整参数提供了手段和依据.

In order to increase the working reliability,the reliable contact must be ensured for aircraft spiral bevel gears.In this paper,the elastic deformatioas of the gear shafts caused by the unbalance mass of rotors and the meshing foces of gears are talculated. According to the effects on the contact characteristics, the deformations are treated as installing adjustment values ΔH, ΔJ and ΔV. The conditions of reliable contact are established in the light of spetinl meshing theory,and a method for the contact reliability...

The conditions of reliable contact are established in the light of spetinl meshing theory,and a method for the contact reliability analysis is presented.The tooth-contact patterns and displacement curves are plotted for different speeds and powers.The unstable contact during rotor resonance is researched, and the effective ways are obtained to raise the contact reliability of spiral bevel gears with elastic suppers.

为了提高弹性支承条件下中央弧齿锥齿轮的工作可靠性,首先应保证其接触的稳定性。本文针对某航空发动机转子,计算了在转子不平衡量和齿轮啮合力同时作用下,弧齿锥齿轮支承处的变形大小;依据支承变形对齿轮接触特性的影响机理,将变形转化为齿轮安装调整值ΔH、ΔJ和ΔV;利用空间啮合理论,建立了弧齿锥齿轮传动的接触稳定性条件以及接触特性分析方法。分析计算了不同转速和不同功率下弧齿锥齿轮的齿面接触印痕和传动曲线,研究了转子共振时齿轮接触的失稳现象,获得了提高弹性支承条件下中央弧齿锥齿轧传动的接触稳定性的措施。

In this paper,the reliability optimal design methed of spiral bevel gear transmission is presented by the combination of reliability theory with optimndion technique, The calculation of the example shows that obvious economical and technical benefit will be obtained by this design methed.

结合可靠性设计理论和最优化设计技术,提出了孤齿锥齿轮传动的可靠性优化设计方法。实例计算表明,采用这种方法可收到明显的经济技术效益。
