本文研究了国内钢厂的转炉渣、平炉渣和电炉渣中 MgO、FeO、MnO的结晶状态,并在各种压蒸条件下(温度达330℃、压力则至127个大气压)研究了它们与水化合的能力及其对水泥石膨胀的影响。研究发现,以固溶状态存在的某些MgO比纯方镁石稳定得多。不会引起体积安定性不良。这一结论对于利用钢渣制造钢渣水泥,用作混合材以及用作混凝土骨料是具有现实意义的。

This paper describes the influence of slag forming system on the disposal and utilization ofsteelmaking slag, elucidates the process, choice of equipments, and proper arrangement of "hotsprinkle" of steel slags and further discusses the comprehensive utilization of slag so as to improvethe environment pollution: finally the paper emphasizes two points of view: one is that the steelmak-ing slag should be considered as a kind of secondary material and available energy resource insteadof as waste to be cast aside,...

This paper describes the influence of slag forming system on the disposal and utilization ofsteelmaking slag, elucidates the process, choice of equipments, and proper arrangement of "hotsprinkle" of steel slags and further discusses the comprehensive utilization of slag so as to improvethe environment pollution: finally the paper emphasizes two points of view: one is that the steelmak-ing slag should be considered as a kind of secondary material and available energy resource insteadof as waste to be cast aside, another is that it should not be taken as a seperate branch and shouldbe considered as a correlated subject of relative branchs, so it is necessary to establish a "SlagSystem Engineering Organization" in order to study and solve the overall problems of steelmakingslag.

本文论述造渣制度对钢渣处理和利用的影响;阐明钢渣“热泼法”的工艺设备选择及其主要环节的合理布置;采用综合利用钢渣的办法来改善环境污染;提出宜将钢渣列为二次资源和能源加以开发利用,不应当作废物抛弃;还应考虑钢渣从生成到利用的系统流程中,各专业不可孤立地就事论事,而宜重视专业之间的相辅相成关系和综合科学管理,因而提出今后将钢渣作为系统工程来发展的问题。

But the strength of this kind cement after 28 days is 10W (<325), due to the slag as activeagent in aggregate material not over 20%, as stated in the Chinese standard GBn164--82. Inorderto improve the quality of the cement, the author proposes that the aggregate material can beused as main mixing material by substituting part of steelmaking slag blast furnace slag toproduce cement on the basis of the investigation...

我国利用转炉钢渣配制水泥用于一般工业与民用建筑工程已有十几年的历史。但按GBn164-82标准规定,熟料掺量不得超过20%作激发剂用,从而使以钢渣和矿渣为主要原料生产的水泥性能不良,即凝结时间缓慢、早期强度低、28天强度在325号以下。作者为提高水泥性能、大量利用钢渣,在调研基础上,总结生产经验,提出以熟料为主要原料、钢渣代替部分水渣作为双掺混合材生产水泥的建议;并用许多数据论证了钢渣作为双掺混合材生产普通混合材水泥的可行性和必要性。
