By using a laboratory micro-pyrolysis system that can simulate the olefin yields of commercial pyrolysis units and measure the coke deposit, the pyrolysis of hydrogenated light diesel fraction of Fushun shale oil has been studied with the light olefin yields estimated and the coking tendency evaluated. The main conclusions are: the ethylene yield of the pyrolysis of moderately hydrogenated light diesel fraction of Fushun shale oil exceeded 25%, 5% higher than that without hydrogenation; the propylene yield exceeded 15%, 3-4% higher than that without hydrogenation; and the amount of coke deposited in the reactor decreased considerably with hydrogenation. The light olefin yields and the relative coking rates were comparable to those of the highquality petroleum stocks such as the middle distillates of Daqing and Renqiu crudes. Same investigation on hydrogenated coking gas oil of Fushun shale oil as a pyrolysis feedstock has also been performed. The results of this study indicate that Fushun shale oil can be used as an excellent pyrolysis feedstock for the production of light olefins.

By comparing the pyrolysis result of bag and battle pyrolysissamples,it can be founded that the battle samples can suppress obviously the loss with time of So and Sl,it is reliable to analyse the battle samples in no more than one week,but not exceed 20 days.Therefore,it is easy managablefor fixed point analysing of multiple well samples and also can effectively uselimited pyroly- sis instruments and person,save cost and raise expioringbenifits.

该文对袋装热解样和瓶装热解样的热解分析结果进行对比,发现用小瓶装样对 S_0和 S_1随时间的损失有明显的抑制作用。同时,瓶装热解样最好在一周内上机分析,但最大可延续到第20天。因此,定点分析多并样品既便于管理,又能充分利用有限的热解设备及人力,节约开支,提高勘探效益。
