(COOEC) to achieve the semiautomatic and automatic operations in welding, inspection, line-up and bevel preparation for the first time in the field of construc-tion and installation of sub-sea pipeline. Among those advanced technologies, the STT(surface tension transfer) welding process also has been widely and successfully used in the sub - sea pipeline project for the first time by COOEC. The high welding travel speed and excellent weld quality of STT welding process in this project symbolizes a new stage has arrived for the open gap root pass welding of sub-sea pipeline. The paper mainly introduces these technologies in aspects of improving production rate and quality, and analyses their characters in the installation of sub-sea pipeline.

辽河油田建设的首座烟道气非混相气驱实验站 ,其管网材质全部采用SUS2 9不锈钢管 ,针对SUS2 9钢种在焊接工程中普遍存在的问题 ,对该钢管的焊接特性进行了分析 ,为防止产生焊接缺陷 ,从坡口制备、焊接工艺参数和设备的选择、焊接技术操作等方面进行了控制 ,并介绍了气驱站小口径不锈钢管的现场焊接工艺。
