8 The IR spectrum analysis showed that explosion treatment could only change the intensity of absorption peak partialy and the main chemical structure of lignin has not changed yet. It also indicated that the relative absorption intensity of cellulose peak increased and the characteristic absorption peak of hemicellulose was weakened remarkably.
The diagram of characteristic absorption of visible light by each trace element in sapphire, i. e. the wavelength vs. absorbance diagram, has been constructed, which is coincident with the theoretical value and integrates the absorption positions of each ion in sapphire and its relative absorption intensity.
Compared with the spectra in neutral solvent such as cyclohexane, the spectra in some Lewis basic solvents were red shifted, and the relative absorption strength ratio of α band to β band decreased. The spectral changes may be due to the axial coordination of these solvents with the vanadium in VOOEP and the nickel in NiOEP.
The uptake ratios of N∶P_2O_5∶K_2O by E. ulmoides was 1∶0.3∶1.6. Considering the recovery of the fertilizers, it is considered that the nutrients added for E. ulmoides is N∶P_2O_5∶K_2O = 1∶0.6∶0.9. And the vigorous growth period of E.
Some of relative absorbance ratios are statistically significant(p<0.05) among these three types of tissues. These differences of relative absorbance ratios are mainly centered at 1 080,(1 238,) 1 314,1 339,1 397,1 454,1 541,1 647,2 854,2 873,2 926,and 2 958 cm~(-1). The present results indicate that FTIR can be used to distinguish these three types of tissues.
A study on interaction in the influencing factors showed:the interaction between solution pH and volume significantly affected the rate of absorption of butyrate,and interaction of initial concentration of individual VFA and volume significantly affected the absorption of propionate(P<0.05) and butyrate(P<0.01).
The fluorescence studies on high-Tc superconductors YBa2Cu3Ox (I) and have been carried out at 77K and 298K. A broad emission band at 390nm is observed in both systems. The excitation spectra of them have also been determined.
