The development process of the new type eutectic liquid needed on the 120 km/h mechanical cooling board type refrigerator car is described. The main physical and chemical parameters of the GJY-02 eutectic liquid are measured. And the qualitative and quantitative inhibition tests are completed.
Through tests of measuring the super cooling degree and heat of fusation,it is found that CuS is the best proper nucleating substance for the solution of salt eutectic (KCl) used in the mechanical cooling plate refrigerating wagon,SiO2 is another choice in general.
With the 120 km/h mechanical cool plate refrigerator car as an example, through the structure optimization, sensitivity analysis and parameter optimization of the car-body steel structure, the analysis and calculation methods of lightening of the car-body load-carrying structure are provided.
The application range of the mechanically freezing-plate refrigerator car are presented. The advantages and disadvantages and the factors affecting the performance are analyzed; the design of freezing-plate and the selection of(the mixture liquid) are discussed as well.
Applying the infrared polariscope made by ourselves,the distribu- tion of the stresses in crystals grown by CZ and FZ have been researched. It have been found that the distribution of the stresses is fine corr- esponding with the dislocation,and that frozen-in stresses can not be relieved obviously after the mechan ning in the silicon crystal
