The synthesis of alk aloids was improved when exogenous phenylalanine added to the culture. Conclusion Suspension-cultured cells of D. metel c an be used to synthesize alkaloids.

目的 研究白花曼陀罗细胞悬浮培养合成生物碱。方法 在MS液体培养基上悬浮培养细胞生产生物碱 ,以碳源、pH值、接种量等为影响因子进行研究。结果 蔗糖为最佳碳源 ,细胞接种量以鲜重 1 5~ 2 0g/L、培养液初始pH值 5 5~ 6 0对曼陀罗悬浮培养细胞生长和生物碱合成最有利 ,加入苯丙氨酸能促进生物碱的合成。结论白花曼陀罗细胞悬浮培养能有效地合成生物碱
