The effect of the nature of the bonds and the degree of crosslinking on the properties of elastic polyurethane fibers has been investigated in relation to various fiber treatments.
      


The protection from air-erosion and wear is an important research subject on high current velocity machinery such as hydraulic turbine. Now, a composite coating (XCA coating) of elastic polyurethane has been developed for its excellent resistance to wear and water and good adhesion to metal. It has been reported that the tensile strength of the coating, is 300-400 Kg/cm2 and the coefficient of air-erosion resistance is 7.3 times as high as the stainless steel of 1 Cr18Ni9 Ti or 43 trnies as high as A3 steel....

The protection from air-erosion and wear is an important research subject on high current velocity machinery such as hydraulic turbine. Now, a composite coating (XCA coating) of elastic polyurethane has been developed for its excellent resistance to wear and water and good adhesion to metal. It has been reported that the tensile strength of the coating, is 300-400 Kg/cm2 and the coefficient of air-erosion resistance is 7.3 times as high as the stainless steel of 1 Cr18Ni9 Ti or 43 trnies as high as A3 steel. The practical tests have shown that the substrate protected by the coating and used in hydraulic turbine lasts over 10000 hours without wear damage in hydropower station and up to 7000 hours without air-erosion damage in high water head hydropower station.lt has been estimated thaf a considerable beneficial result will be obtained from convenient processing, inexpensive cost, and short overhaul period of the coating.

气蚀与磨损及其防护是水轮机等高速过流水力机械的重要研究课题。本文叙述了一种耐磨性优异与金属粘结性好并具有良好耐水性的聚氨酯弹性复合涂层(XCA涂层),其抗张强度为300~400公斤/厘米~2;抗气蚀系数分别为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢和A3钢的7.3倍和43倍。水电站真机试验表明,该涂层保护母材运行一万小时以上不受磨损破坏,保护高水头电站水轮机母材运行7000小时不受气蚀破坏。该材料施工简便、成本低、可缩短检修期,有可观的经济效益。

Polyether based polyurethanes are among the most interested polymers which have been used suitably for the biomedical applications, especially in cardiovascular system. In order to meet the requirements of the artificial heart program in our college, two sorts of polyether based polyurethane elastomers, PU-BD and PU-MC, were synthesized both based on prepolymer formed by the reaction of polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) and diphenyl methane-4, 4′-diisccyanate (MDI), with 1, 4-butanediol and 3, 3′-dichloro-4,...

Polyether based polyurethanes are among the most interested polymers which have been used suitably for the biomedical applications, especially in cardiovascular system. In order to meet the requirements of the artificial heart program in our college, two sorts of polyether based polyurethane elastomers, PU-BD and PU-MC, were synthesized both based on prepolymer formed by the reaction of polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) and diphenyl methane-4, 4′-diisccyanate (MDI), with 1, 4-butanediol and 3, 3′-dichloro-4, 4′-diamino diphenyl methane (MOCA) as extenders respectively. These materials were examined with a series of tests including physical mechanical properties, long-period flexing, blood and tissue compatibility, bio-degradation and toxicity. All of the results show that these two polyether polyurethane elastomers are suitable for the use in the present investigation of artificial heart. The materials we synthesized are being subjected to the experimental uses for animal operations in this college.

The kinetic parameters of four samples in two stages of heat -degradation are firstly reported in this work using Ceast--Redfern method, The order of reaction in the first stage, n, is from 0. 7 to 1. 4; the apparent activation energy of heat--degradation, E, from 127. 14 to 135. 84kj. /mol.; and the frequency factor, A, from 1. 37×10~(12)...

The kinetic equations of four samples in two stages of heat--dagradation are suggested respectively. The thermal age of three samples in different temprature is estimated and their experimented formulas of thermal age are established.

本文用热重分析研究了本所新研制的线性端羟基聚氨酯弹性粘合剂,利用作者新编的“热重动力学计算机程序包”,采用Coast—Redfern法,测定了四种样品的热重数据并首次报导了这四种样品在热降解两个阶段的动力学数据。在热降解第一阶段,反应级数n为0.7~1.4,热降解表观活化能E为127.14~135.84KJ/moi.,频率因子A为1.37×10~(12)~14.37×10~(12)秒~(-1)。在热降解第二阶段、反应级数n均为3,E为199.54~218.52KJ/mol,,A为2.99×10~(16)~5.35×10~(17)秒~(-1)。作者分别建立了四种样品在热降解两个阶段中的动力学方程,并估算了它们在不同温度下的使用寿命,建立了三种样品的热寿命经验公式。
