Reaction characteritics of vehicle drivers (accident group. 193 cases; non-accident group: 125 cases) including simple reaction time, selecting reaction time, moving reaction time etc. were studied using matched case-control paired study method. The results showed that the selecting reaction time and moving reaction time in accident group were significantly longer than those in non-accident group.

The accident group could be classified into three categories through cluster analysis, (1) D and mixed character types; (2) A, B,E, and mixed character types, and (3) typical B and B character types. Based on this study, it is suggested that the character type C would be prone to fewer accident and the character type E would be more vulnerable.

本文应用卡特尔16种性格因素问卷和Y-G性格测验对154名有事故记录的和77名无事故记录的产业工人进行测试,事故组与非事故组性格因素C、E、M、Q3、Q4得分差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),G得分差异有显著意义。事故组B型和准B型、E型和准E型性格类型显著地高于非事故组(P<0.05),而非事故组C型和准C型性格类型显著地高于事故组。通过聚类分析可将事故组工人分为三类:(1)由D型和混合型性格类型组成;(2)由A型、B型、E型和混合型组成;(3)由典型的B型和E型组成。结果提示,C型是安全生产中较为良好的性格类型,E型可能是安全生产中最不良的性格类型。

This paper summarized the significance and the method of environmental risk assessment; and then discussed the selection of accident sequences, the determination of accidentprobability, the statistical sampling of observed meteorology data and the superimposition ofno-accidental risk to accidental risk with author's point of view into these problems.

本文在概述了环境风险评价的意义和方法的基础上,针对其中关于事故序列的选取、事故发生概率的确定、气象观测数据的统计抽样、后果的表述及非事故风险与事故风险的叠加展开讨论,并提出了作者的见解。
