A new method for calculating the efficiency of energy utilization is introduced in this article. A new method for calculating the efficiency of energy utilization is introduced in this article. The product of the efficiencies of internal energy conversion, energy transmission and etc has been used in this method. With this method, the energy consumption in each stage can be clearly defined. The calculation of the effective energy is recommended in the article to be carried out with the consideration of actual manufacturing process. The energy utilization efficiency of a firm should be calculated based on three different efficiencies, namely η1 η2 and η3 (η1 =advanced efficiency,η2=actual efficiency, η3=ideal equipment efficiency). The proper evaluation can then be made and approaches can be taken to improve the efficiency.

本文提出了采用与现行方法不同的另一种计算能量利用率的新方法。它是由企业内部能源转换、输送、使用等环节的效率相乘而得。此方法的优点是各环节耗能脉络清楚,责任分明。笔者认为计算有效能量应与实际工艺过程相结合。为了实际应用企业能量利用率这个参数,必须预先做出企业三种能量利用率即η先、η实和η装,以此评价企业用能水平,从中提出企业节能的方向和步骤。

The test and calculation methods shown in this article has been extensively used in oilfields.Some of them have been aproved as the related standard of the Petroleum Natural Gas General Corporation of China.

本文通过大庆油田开展企业能量平衡测试的实践,总结出一套油田主要生产系统(如机械采油系统、油气集输动力系统、油气集输热力系统、注水系统等),以及其它一些辅助生产系统能量平衡的测试方法和计算方法,并已在各油田广泛应用,有的已被收入石油天然气总公司的有关标准。本文只介绍机械采油系统、油气集输动力系统、油气集输热力系统、注水系统等油田主要生产系统的能量平衡测试方法和计算方法。
