This article has affirmed the effectiveness of steam-stripping process in treating the wastewater produced from a natural gas desulfuriza tion plant.Not only the hydrogen sulfide but also organic sulfur can be removed,light oil of more than 60%removed as well. It proposes that such stable organic m alters as sulfolane and diisopropanolam ine etc. are biodegradable. It is successful to treat the wastewater of desulfurization plant by adopting the flow scheme: Steam stripping- Oil removal Biochemical treatment....

It is successful to treat the wastewater of desulfurization plant by adopting the flow scheme: Steam stripping- Oil removal Biochemical treatment. The treated effluent meets the national standard on discharging industrial wastewater. The engineering design, based on the result of the study solves the problem of the waste- water treatment of Wo- Long River desulf ur iza tion plant in Sichuan, and further confirms the stripping technique for treating high sulfur content wastew at er .

本文肯定了“汽提”工艺对天然气脱硫污水的处理效果,不仅可以去除H_2S,而且可以除去有机硫和60%以上的轻质油;提出了对环丁砜、二异丙醇胺等稳定有机物可以生物降解的结论。采用汽提—隔油—生化处理流程处理卧龙河脱硫厂污水取得了良好的试验效果(可达到国家工业污水排放标准)。根据研究成果完成的工程设计可以解决四川卧龙河脱硫厂的污水处理问题,也为处理高含硫污水进一步肯定了汽提法工艺。

This paper states the application s tuation of methyl diethanolamine (MDEA) process in gas desulfuration recently and discusses the technological process, the design of eguipment, the operation conditions and the research trends It is pointed out that as this process is superior in saving energy, it must be considerably developed in the years ahead.

The equipments and process of industrial test plant are introduced and the efficiency of desulfuration and the sulfuric capacity of ferric oxidecontaining slurry are emphatically analysed, and the economic profits of this method are discussed also. The test result indicates that the H_2 S content in natural gas purified is below 20 mg/m~3 and the sulfuric capacity of dry base...

The test result indicates that the H_2 S content in natural gas purified is below 20 mg/m~3 and the sulfuric capacity of dry base is more than 30% therefore a simple technology of desuifuration is proposed for a small amount of natural gas with low sulfur content.

本文报道了浆液脱硫方法的研究成果。阐述了浆液脱硫原理,介绍了工业试验装置的设备和流程,着重分析了硫容和脱硫效率,并论证了该法的经济性。试验结果表明,净化天然气H_2S含量在20mg/m~3以下,干基硫容高于30%,为小气量低含硫的天然气脱硫提供了一个简易的工艺方法。
