A 30t electric arc furnace was put to test for measuring its temperature distribution on the inner surface of lining. The results are discussed and concluded as follows.

通过对大连钢厂30t电弧炉炉衬内表面温度的测定、分析与讨论,得出如下结论:1)电弧炉内,炉衬内表面温度分布不均衡,它与三相电弧功率不平衡度有对应关系。在试验条件下,测点中的最高温度为1596℃(5号点),三个“准热点”温度差异最高达12.4%,冷、热点的温度差为160~300℃,炉衬上、下温度梯度为0.29~0.61℃/mm。2)三相电弧功率不平衡度除与短网阻抗不平衡度有一定关系外,还受供电制度的影响。当二次电压提高时,电弧功率不平衡度变小;二次电流增加时,该值增大。3)电弧炉采用长电弧辅以泡沫渣保护的操作,对实现经济用电与获得好的炉内热工状况是有利的。

This paper introduces the technical parameters and structural characteristics of 45 t (HP+EBT) EF. The structural steel is smelted in the EAF with high power, high voltage and long electric arc covered by foam stag. The combination of melting and oxidizing periods, elimination of reduction period, EBT of oxidic liquid steel, slag and steel remaining, alloying and sediment deoxidation in ladle and desulphurization with activated slag and argon blowing in ladle is also used. This paper introduces the technical parameters and structural characteristics of 45 t (HP+EBT) EF. The structural steel is smelted in the EAF with high power, high voltage and long electric arc covered by foam stag. The combination of melting and oxidizing periods, elimination of reduction period, EBT of oxidic liquid steel, slag and steel remaining, alloying and sediment deoxidation in ladle and desulphurization with activated slag and argon blowing in ladle is also used. The results of 184 heats' experiment show that the quality of the structural steel produced by this technology has the advantages in chemical composition, high and low times structure mechanical characteristics, quantitative metallography, electrolytic inclusion and gas content etc. over traditional technology.

本文介绍45 t(HP+EBT)EF(高功率偏心炉底出钢式电炉)各项技术参数及结构特点;该电炉冶炼结构钢等采用的高功率、高电压、长电弧、泡沫渣长弧埋弧操作工艺特点,以及熔氧合并、取消还原期、氧化性钢水偏心炉底出钢、留渣留钢操作技术,钢包合金化、钢包沉淀脱氧、钢包活性渣料脱硫、钢包底部吹氩搅拌精炼技术等。经过184炉试验,与传统工艺比较,钢的化学成分稳定,高倍、低倍、力学性能、定量金相、电解夹杂及钢中气体等项检验表明钢质量优良。

Arc action in plasma torch with large anode nozzle and long arc passage has been researched by means of electromagnetism and hot fluid mechanics.It has been showed that the special phenomenon will emerg when temperature gradient and electric field gradient act on fluid.The results indicate that high temperature effect of arc column strongly prevents cold gas current from getting in,so as to restrain CVD process.Newly emerging colloidal particles deposit progressively on passage wall under the action of heatphoresis.Above mentioned problems can be solved effectively by changing entrance positions of different gases,reducing gradients of temperature and electric field as well as adding radial circular magnetic field.

运用电磁学和热流体学的方法研究了直流大阳极喷嘴长电弧通道等离子体炬中电弧的行为,并通过实验证明了温度梯度与电场梯度作用于流体时所产生的特殊现象;结果表明:电弧弧柱的高温效应剧烈排斥冷气流的混入,使CVD过程受到抑制。新产生的胶体粒子在热泳现象作用下逐渐沉积于通道内壁上。改变不同气体的进气位置以及减小温度与电场梯度并增设径向旋转磁场,可有效地解决上述问题
