根据7475T761铝合金犬骨型试样在随机谱载荷作用下的试验结果,采用两种随机裂纹扩展分析的方法,即通用的和解析的分析方法,研究了飞机典型结构细节——紧固孔中疲劳裂纹扩展的概率累积损伤,给出了概率裂纹扩展轨迹、裂纹扩展损伤累积分布及裂纹超出数的概率。试验结果与预测结果的比较表明,两者十分吻合,能满足工程精度的要求,为飞机结构的耐久性和损伤容限评估提供了适用的分析手段。

A new model of probability damege tolerance analysis has been presented. It is composed of "a-t" random crack propagating model and probability reliability analysis model which are based on the failure life. It is composed of "a-t" random crack propagating model and probability reliability analysis model which are based on the failure life. The former establishes distribution function of life for arbitrary crack length by using reasonable "a-t" relation and statistically analysing life data for arbitrary given crack length. The latter indicates that safe reliability R of crack population corresponding to given life t * is probability of random critical life exceeding t+. This new model can remedy the weakness of previous analysis model of probability damage tolerance which is composed of "da/dt" random process model and "a-ac" (or K-KC) reliability interference model, and furthermore, it is very convenient to engineering use.

提出了一种新的概率损伤容限分析模型,它由a-t随机裂纹扩展模型和基于寿命失效准则的破坏概率可靠性分析模型组成。该模型弥补了现有概率损伤容限分析模型的不足,并便于工程应用。
