The real cause of the fracture is found by measurement of the frequencies of the blades in both the static and rotational states to be the looseness of the tee root in the slot when the turbine is in operation. Finally, the natural frequencies of the said row of blades are calculated by means of the finite element programme, and frequency-gripping force curves obtained with boundary elements simulating the gripping force. The results of the calculation coincide with the test curves very well. It enables us, therefore, to estimate in advance during design stages the effect of loose blade roots on the vibration characteristics of the short blade with tee root and thus take measures to prevent the occurrence of resonance when the turbine is in operation.

本文通过B1.5-24/3汽轮机第一列叶片的断裂事故分析,讨论了T型叶根短叶片的振动特性,并用静态和动态叶片测频试验证明,叶根的动态松动是造成该列叶片事故的确切原因。最后用有限元分析程序计算该列叶片的自振频率,并应用边界单元模拟叶根的夹紧力,从而求得频率-夹紧力曲线,其结果和试验曲线非常一致。这使我们在叶片设计阶段有可能预先估算叶根松动对T形叶根短叶片振动特性的影响,使之在运行时能避开危险的共振区。

在汽轮机的事故中,叶片断裂事故占有较大比例,中长叶片断裂又在叶片事故中占有较大比重。中长叶片断裂分析研究一直是机组安全运行的一个重要的课题。432mm、665mm叶片属于两种典型的中长叶片。现结合包头二热5号机及国产200MW机组,对这两种叶片的运行情况及其断裂分析研究作一概述。

On the basis of testing and research results of two axial folw induced draft fans with moving blade regulation, the causes of repeated moving blade cracks are comprehensively analyzed and the improvement proposals for preventing such type induced draft fans from blade cracking are put forward.
