A new technology of floor tile and facing tile taking fly ash as majol raw material has been showed in the paper. This paper introduces the manufacture of a new type of compoud decorativeplant , which takes expanded pearlite as its base layer and glass as surface layer. It is manufac-tured by sintering the glass under 800 ℃. This plant has many functions,insulation,corrosion-resistant and decoration etc.Starting from the analysis of raw materials,the paper analysesand studies the process of its preparation and sintering,and points out the prosspect for its use.
