本文报告了应用 BMP 盖髓117例128颗牙的临床效果,此外选择12颗因正畸需要拔除的恒磨牙,(牙合)面人工穿髓,应用 BMP 盖髓,分别于术后不同时间拔除牙齿进行组织学观察。结果发现,BMP组术后2周,一年以后的临床治愈率分别为98.82%和98.59%,均高于氢氧化钙,但无统计学意义。组织学观察证实,术后4周 BMP 组有牙本质桥形成,而对照组没有。术后12周,BMP组牙本质桥依然完整。未观察到任何毒副作用;而氢氧化钙组此时虽有牙本质桥形成,但根管壁有大量的修复性牙本质沉积。因此,BMP 盖髓的临床效果不低于氢氧化钙。
