本文通过对采自内蒙古下泥盆统珠斯楞组的Homalophyllum属的系列切片及电镜研究表明:(1)其个体发育早期,主隔壁细长,无中轴,至晚期,上隔壁变短,一级隔壁在轴部膨大形成明显的中轴。(2)骨胳构造以纤状骨骼为主,呈扇状排列,规则完整的晶榍构成隔壁构造。其基本组成单元为向上逐渐展宽的桨状晶条。本属的层状骨骼为方解石晶片,只见于外壁部分。笔者对Homalophyllum colmniferum(新种)也作了描述。

采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板状连续电泳方法,对幼态持续(neoteny)的寡齿新银鱼(Neosalanx oligodontis Chen)13种同工酶的18个位点进行研究,并进行乳酸脱氢酶热变性实验。结果表明ADH、GOT、α-GPDH、LDH、MDH、ME、POX和SOD表现出一定的幼态持续的特征,其中LDH由A、B两个位点编码,C位点不表达,是因为个体发育早期C基因尚未表达时发生幼态持续的结果。ES和IDH无幼态持续特征。α-AMY、FUM和CAT因数据不足,未进行分析。寡齿新银鱼同工酶基因表达中幼态特征的表现为研究鱼类幼态持续的产生机制和遗传基础提供线索。

The root of common seabuckthorn with strong biological plasticity can reflect on soil moisture condition of the forestland. At early stage of the growth, root tubercles with multiple functions are formed on lateral roots which grow slowly. In the afforestation of common seabuckthorn, we should fully consider biological and dissecting characteristic of its root and select suitable planting site according to management aim or afforest by taking measures to reinforce the land in order to meet the demand of water.

沙棘有很强的根蘖能力,其根系具有类似水生植物根系的解剖特征,地上部分又有旱生植物的特征,所以沙棘应属中生植物;沙棘根系有很强的生物学可塑性,对林地的水分状况会产生明显反应;在植株个体发育早期,多在生长较慢的侧根上形成具有多种功能的根瘤。沙棘造林,应充分考虑其根系生物学特性和解剖特征,根据经营目的选择相应的造林地或采取整地措施改地适树,满足其水分要求。
