In this paper,we discussed the local cleaning theory,principle and design.From the formula,a conclusion can be drawn,the polluant concentration in the cleaning space is concerned with cleaning air volume,quantity of pollutant,efficiency of cleaner filtration and turbulent mixture coefficient but is not concerned with the polluted space volume.An calculating example is given at the end of this paper.
