Starting from the elementary physical concept, the Gyro-kinetic formulation, kinetic theory based on the guiding center coordinate system, is studied in this paper. The relativistic equations of electron motion have been derived and the equilibrium Vlasov Equation as well as the linearized Vlasov equaticn formulated in the guiding center coordirate system have been obtained. The method for solving these equations is discussed in detail.

The distortion from cubic symmetry splits the inverted electron system, and the energy gained, by the occupation of the lower conductive band causes the mode softening and drives the transformation. This is a particular type of Jahn-Teller mechanism including a localization-delocalization transition which could be discussed in the similar terms as Huang did for the multiphonon non-radiative transitions and Johansson did for the γ—α transition in cerium. The magnitude of the contribution to elastic constants due to the split is given by the factor D derived by the dynamic equation based on such JahnTeller effect, and a quantitative estimation is also given for Fe-alloys and β-Tungstens.

It involves two step algorithm: first, an estimate of the spectral density function from input-output signals of a linear system, and then an estimate of its dynamic parameters from frequency response data obtained in the first step. Linearized algorithm, iterative algorithm, nonlinear optimization algorithm and an algorithm based on the sequential iterations of finite element models are then given. The estimation approach is used for some applications and good practical results are obtained.

本文讨论以谱估计为基础的动力学参数估计方法。它一般包括两步估计算法.即首先由线性系统的输入-输出信号估计其谱密度函数.再由第一步得到的频率响应数据估计系统的传递函数参数。文中从统一形式的性能指标出发,选用不同的加权项而导出不同的频率特性曲线拟合算法,如线性化算法、迭代法、非线性最优化方法以及基于若干基本环节的顺序迭代算法。文中还介绍了这种算法的几个应用实例。这种频域方法适用于一般线性系统的实验建模.具有通用性。
