本文采用A—B导程和肢体导程(标导和加压单极导联),对杭州地区的32头健康乳牛进行了心电图测定。测出的P波(电压、时间和形态),P—R间期、QRS综合波(电压、时间和形态)、S—T段、T波(电压、时间和形态)以及Q—T间期的数据与美国学者B.V.Alfredson等(1942),R·B·Lank等(1959)和日本学者中村良一等(1968)的研究结果基本相符。因此,我们认为本实验结果可作为乳牛的各种心脏病、中毒性疾病及电解质紊乱的诊断参考数值。 在研究过程中,作者对导程和心电轴等进行了初步探索,但对胸前导联,尚未研究,今后将进一步研究。

Burning sensation disease is an endemic disease which has occurred more than twenty years in those rural areas in our country where only cotton or both grain and cotton are grown.As disease entity it has not yet been reported in the literature.The chief symptoms and signs of this disease are a decrease in perspiration cr no perspiration at all with intolerable burning sensation of the skin,and damages to the reproductive organs are also rather common.This article has,given a retrospect of the process of investigation and research concerning the cause of burning sensation disease.Through an extensive etiological investigation in the chief endemic districts over the whole country combined with clinical observations,experimental studies and preventive practices.Finally,we found out that it is a chronic intoxication disease,caused by taking a rather large amount cf raw cotton seed oil (the main toxic constituent is gossypol) over a long period of time.This article introduces three types of technological process of raw cotton seed oil production in the endemic areas,and discusses the main basis to confirm the cause of this disease.

烧热病是20余年来发生于我国部分棉产区农村的一个新病种。我们通过对全国主要发病地区广泛的病因调查,并结合临床观察、实验研究和预防实践,终于查明本病是较长期大量食用粗制生棉油(其主要毒性成分为棉酚)所致的慢性中毒性疾病。本文介绍了病区粗制生棉油制油工艺的三种类型;并论述了确定本病病因的主要根据。
