This paper presents a problem-solving strategy, called as propose-and-revise strategy, used in VT expert system. The strategy proposes trially a extended plan first, revises it by means of domain knowledge when it violates the constraint of the whole to it. This strategy has the advantages of decision with optimization and high efficiency and organization of domain knowledge partition. It is universally applicable to problem-solving systems for derign, configuration, planning and so on.

本文介绍了VT专家系统使用的提议一修正问题求解策略。该策略首先试探地提议一个扩展的规划,然后当发现它违犯了对它的约束时,借助于领域知识修正它。这种策略具有决策优化、效率高以及组织领域知识划分等优点,普遍适宜于设计、构形、规划等问题求解系统。
