Through the high level shifter in half-bridges,we can choose the expected working frequency without pulse-transformer to drive the power switch,thus the frequency stability of the circuit was enhanced.The structure of the high-voltage power device was verified and simulated by MEDICI,and the withstand voltage exceeds 600V.The circuit was simulated with Hspice based on 0.6?滋m BiCMOS technology and the experiment results are given.

A constant-transconductance(constant-gm) CMOS rail-to-rail operational amplifier with dc shift is presented.This kind of circuit makes it easy to realize large common input range due to the application of dc shift in input stage.An operational amplifier with high common-mode rejection ratio(CMRR) is designed based on this transconductance,which provides rail-to-rail input and output.The circuit is realized in Hynix's 0.5 μm CMOS process.
