本文采用正交实验法系统地研究了Na0H浓度,碱处理时间及碱处理温度这三个主要因素对制备壳聚糖的影响,并以粘度和脱乙酰度为主要性能指标,提出了一套较为合理的壳聚糖制备工艺条件。

Chitin was isolated from Kronopolites svenhedini and deaeetylated to produce the derivative ehitosan. The yield for chitin was 9%, and ehitosan yield 57.4% and 77.5% respectively. After purification, their structures have been determined by spectroscopie methods.
