Apperance of stealthy targets in modern battlefield leads to data extraction and fusion by networking various sensors to maximize use of reflection characteristics of stealthy targets from all directions and in possible bands so as to meet the demands of information, target recognition and status analysis, so that data from various sensors need be fused. Apperance of stealthy targets in modern battlefield leads to data extraction and fusion by networking various sensors to maximize use of reflection characteristics of stealthy targets from all directions and in possible bands so as to meet the demands of information, target recognition and status analysis, so that data from various sensors need be fused. Before fusion is made, it should be done to distinguish whether the data are true or false, or else false data may result in wrong conclusion. Even if sensors of the same nature such as radars in a network may make wrong conclusion due to unstable judgement which can be caused by different environments of radars, fluctuation of ground clutters, unstable power of radars and therefore inconstant CFAR. The importance of data fusion is first discussed in this paper. How to obtain a proper method of fusion if then proposed as it is a major task to be solved in data fusion. New requirements for signal processing in radar especially for extractor are also provieded in the article.

现代战场上各种隐身目标的出现,要求利用多种传感器组网来采集信息并加以融合,才能充分利用隐身目标各个方向以及各个频段不同的反射特性,最大限度地提取信息,满足战场对信息、目标识别和态势分析的需要。为此需要对各种传感器传来的信息加以融合,融合前首先要区分真假,否则,将错误的信息融合进去,就会得出错误的结论。即使对融合网内同一种性质的传感器例如雷达,也会由于各个雷达所处的环境不同,地物杂波的起伏不同,雷达的功率不稳定,恒虚警实际上并不恒定,因此使判决的结果不可能稳定而导致错误的结论。本文主要讨论融合的重要性,如何获得一个合适的融合方法,这是来来战场雷达联网时应用数据融合要解决的主要任务,同时对雷达数据处理特别是录取设备提出新的要求。

This paper describes design and simulation of a 2way nonresonant power divider/combiner which may be applied in millimeter power sources of millimeter communication and radar. It shows that the combiner has simple structure and high powercombining efficiency.It is an ideal way of power combining.
