It is shown that superior permanent magnetic properties may be obtained by means of isothermal magnetic treatment as compared with those obtained by controlled cooling rate treatment, confirming the experience of Koch et al. It has been found that the coercive force is very sensitive to the temperature of isothermal magnetic treatment. The structural states of isothermally-magnetically treated specimens were investigated by means of electron microscopy and other means. The results indicate that different conditions of prior isothermal magnetic treatment lead to states of different dispersion and morphology of the a'-phase, and hence to different permanent magnetic properties. The experimentally determined C-curve of γ1-phase shows that the precipitation of the γ1-phase is very rapid. Careful metallographic examination has revealed that the so called ar -phase is actually heterogeneous. The experimentally established quantitative relationship between the permanent magnet properties of the alloy and the content of the "ar-phase" clearly demonstrates the detrimental effect of the latter on the former.

Some commentaries are made on following problems: importance of burning rate prediction, difference between real rate and predicted results, handling method for burning rate in SPP program, effect of measurement accuracy on the burning rate correlation.The taper tendency of cigeratte burning and the hump phenomena of inside-surface burning of grain are discussed. Some ideas about how to carry out the research work of burning rate prediction are suggested.

It is found by experiments that the stabilty of the bath used to plate on textiles depended not only on the brought-in Pd amount, but mainly on the allowable Pd amount for the bath, which will be increased if ammonium chloride and some stablizer are contained in the bath. Besides, if the parts to be plated are acceleratively treated, the bath stability will increase by a factor of 10 Finally, the quality of deposits on textiles depended on the inductive rate of reaction rather than the deposition rate. The former can be increased by increasing operating temperature and using accelerative treatment if no harm is brought to bath stability.

本文采用带入化学镀镍液的PdCl_2容许量作为衡量镀液稳定性的标准和用于筛选最佳镀液组成和工艺条件。实验表明,用于布上化学镀镍液的稳定性不仅依赖于带入钯的量,而且更主要是依赖于镀液对钯的容许量,而镀液中含有氯化铵和稳定剂都能增加钯的容许量。此外,如在进入镀液之前,镀件先经催速处理,就可使镀液的稳定性提高10倍。最后,布上化学镀镍层的质量取决于沉积反应的诱发速度,而不是沉积速度。在不影响镀液稳定性的前提下,提高工作温度和采用催速处理都能提高诱发速度。
