本文就球面渐开线圆锥齿轮的几何原理作了分析研究,对圆锥齿轮啮合的基本定律、球面渐开线的性质、标准球面渐开线齿轮的基本尺寸、球面渐开线齿轮正确啮合的条件、制造方法、(?)齿侧间隙啮合方程式、质量指标(包括重叠系数、磨损系数和几何压力系数)、齿轮的干涉及过渡圆半径的选择以及球面渐开线齿轮的设计等方面进行了较系统的对论。利用本文所提出的方法设计齿轮传动,较用当量齿数的方法可以得到更大的啮合角,因而可以得到更好的指量指标。本文还举例说明了整个的计算过程。

Use of helical gear in gear pump is an effective measure, which can reduce the mechanical voice and flow pulse. An analytical equation, using reasonable geometry parameter of helical gear to eliminate such phenomenon, as "stringed oil" and "entrenched oil" is given for oil gear pump in this paper and gets satisfactory result in practice.

By the optimization method and the calculating with geometric parameters of gears, we have attempted to raise the efficiency of involute drive model N. The other significant factors such as:x_1, a′, contact ratio, cutter interference, crest width and trochoidal interference were worked as constraints, where x_1 and a′ were used as design variables. The addendum was used in the same way used by DIN. Essentially, the test values of efficiency and those obtained by calculation on theoretical basis come to each other rather closely.

本文通过对齿轮几何参数的优化计算来提高渐开线N型传动的效率。结果表明,取适当的h_α~(?)及合理的x_1和合适的α′,一齿差的行星机构啮合效率计算值为0.93以上,二齿差至四齿差的计算值超过0.97。效率η≈η_e~(?)η_p~(?)η_b计算。本文对η_e及η_p分别用计算式表达,以最高效率为目标函数;以x_1及α′为设计变量;以重合度、切齿干涉、齿顶厚、齿廓重迭干涉辱为约束条件进行优化计算。齿顶高按DIN的方法计算。本研究对优化设计数学模型的狭窄可行域问题中初始点的选取方法进行了探讨,提出了切实可行的方案。效率的理论计算值与台架测试值基本相符。
