The partial ventilator in the coal mine is important in mine digging, its dependability and efficiency affect directly the safety of gas drainage. The chief aim of this paper is to study the intelligent gas drainage system based on DSP, which can regulate the multitude of wind automatically in term of the gas density. It can save power and gas drainage safely.

局部通风机是煤矿井下掘进过程的重要设备 ,其使用的可靠性和效能直接影响着瓦斯的安全排放。智能瓦斯排放系统是以DSP为控制核心 ,采用变频调速驱动局部通风机 ,根据瓦斯浓度自动进行风量调节 ,控制瓦斯排放系统的排放速度 ,实现煤矿安全生产自动化 ,达到既节能又安全排放瓦斯的目的
