In coal mine local ventilations, 660V flameproof frequency variable speed regulator, matched with intelligent methane locking device of air door and power, could improve mine safety, energy saving and mining productivity. The author briefly introduced the current status of frequency variable speed regulator development, and the comparisons between the energy saving effects by various air volume control, and its role of energy saving and some suggestions for future use. 在煤矿局部通风中,660V隔爆型变频器与智能型瓦斯风电闭锁装置配合使用、对安全节能和提高掘进生产率具有明显作用。文中简要介绍了变频调速发展观状、各种控制风量方法节能效果的比较,以及其安全节能作用、今后使用的建议。 The paper describes the software and hardware design of an intelligent gas transducer.
