在渤海海域渤中28-1、渤中34及绥中36-1油田的开发工程中,均使用了固定塔式系泊系统。对这一系统中的导管架结构的分析,特别是动力分析,到目前为止还只能根据经验来考虑浮式生产储油装置(FPSU)对导管架动力响应的影响。本文根据实例及这一结构系统的特点,通过理论分析及数值计算,建立了系泊导管架的动力分析模型,为以后类似的工程提出了有效实用的解决方法。

渤海长青号浮式生产储油装置在投入运行两年多的时间内,发现注水模块立柱与主甲板焊接处开裂以及锅炉工艺模块立柱斜撑失稳。这些构件的损伤,对油田生产可能产生的影响以及要不要停产维修等,引起中日双方的极大关注。本文概述渤海采油公司会同各方面专家,通过现场调研,查找致损原因,进行理论分析和科学计算,提出了一些应采取的对策。
