本文根据我们对兰州地区六百多例正常胎儿的外形和体重的测量数据,对双顶径和体重的相关关系进行了研究。给出了胎儿双顶径与体重的相关曲线,导出了相应的数学表达式,并用图象和列表两种形式给出了曲线组。有了双顶径——体重相关曲线组,只要测得胎儿的双顶径值,就能从曲线图或数据表中很简便地查得相应的体重的统计平均值、最大值、最小值以及置信度为68.3%的置信区间。

Methods The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results In 1996~2000,among 270 survived premature infants, 222 fell into the criteria of screening examinations(birth weight≤1 500 g or gestation age≤31 weeks) and only 63 infants were examined.Various stages of ROP were found in 5 cases (9 eyes).Two of them(4 eyes) were of ROP threshold needing laser therapy. The screening rate in immature (GA≤28 w) and low birth weight(BW≤999 g) groups was 91.3% and 100% respectively. But in the other groups of whom the ROP threshold was still present, the rate was lower. Conclusion ROP screening examinations should be performed according to the guidelines strictly. The role of neonatologist is as important as ophthalmologist.

目的 评估未成熟儿视网膜病变的筛选情况。方法 回顾性临床资料分析。结果 在 6 3例受检者中 ,共发现未成熟儿视网膜病变 (ROP)患者 5例 (9只眼 )。其中 2例 (4只眼 )是阈值期ROP ,需要激光。另 3例为 1~ 2级 ,没有特别治疗。ROP的筛选率 (受检率 )在 <2 8周的未成熟儿中达 91.3% ;在 2 8周 <孕周 <31周的未成熟儿中只有 5 6 .3%。如按出生体重统计 ,ROP受检率在极低体重未成熟儿中 (体重≤ 999g)达 10 0 % ,10 0 0~ 12 5 0 g组中为 81.0 % ,而在 12 5 0~ 15 0 0 g中为 70 .0 %。 结论 ROP的筛选在高危组的未成熟儿中(孕周≤ 2 8周 ,或体重≤ 999g)受到足够重视。但严重ROP仍可能在上述范围之外出现。因此必须严格掌握ROP的筛选指征。
