В анализе силы чесания рассматрена добавляемая упругая реекция по волокнистому слою прн чесании, и на этом основании представлена теория баланса перехода и распределения волокнистого слоя во всей зоне чесания, и далее создано непрерывное уравление....

本文首先叙述了現有的梳棉理論!特別指出了伏罗希洛夫教授分析中的某些缺点,例如錫林盖板与道夫三者的关系,分析的方法并指出自制現象并非是必要的。文中提出梳理过程中針面间纖維的轉移与反复轉移是必要且充分的条件。在力的分析中認为分梳时纖維层的彈性力或垂直于針面的力是十分重要的力量,从而由力的分析提出在整个分梳区域中纖維轉移与分配的基本平衡理論,并建立相应的連續方程式。根据本文的理論可以系统地说明梳理过程中各种現象的本質例如均勻作用,抄針花盖板花的形成等等。本文提出要提高梳棉机的生产率,应增加梳理过程中纖維轉移与反复轉移的数量。

A new method, namely the "Recursion and Back-Substitution Method", in the calculation of stresses, strains and displacements within an n-layer elastic-continuous system under the action of single vertical or horizontal load uniformly distributed on a circular area is proposed in this paper. With the aid of this method, the author has succeeded in deriving the expressions for the integral constants in integral formulae for stresses and displacements in each layer of the system by solving system of linear algebraic equations resulted from the basic equations of elastic mechanics with definite conditions.A set of formulae available to the integration of stresses and displacements within an n-layer system has been derived by analysing the above-mentioned expressions together with a series of mathematical operations. On the basis of this investigation, a computer program for an n-layer elastic-continuous system under the combined action of two vertical and two horizontal loads uniformly distributed on circular areas has been worked out. As an example, the calculation results with the program are given at the end of this paper.

本文提出了一种新的计算方法——递推回代法。运用此法,可以从弹性力学基本方程式和定解条件所得到的线性代数方程组解出在单圆均布垂直或水平荷载作用下N层(N为任意正整数)弹性连续体系各层应力、位移积分公式中积分常数的表达式。通过分析,文中得到适用于N层体系的在应力、位移积分计算中所用到的一系列公式。在此基础上,编制了双圆均布垂直荷载和水平荷载共同作用下N层弹性连续体系的电算程序,并列出了一个算例。
