Color Doppler energy image (CDE)was used to study fifty chronic nephropathy cases and forty health adults as control. Among them twenty-nine r enal insufficiency cases were in compensatory stage, seven cases in nitremia stage and forteen cases in uremia stage. All patients had pathological evidences except seventeen renal atrophy ones. CDE classified four types: Ⅰ fullness type,Ⅱ firing vacant type.Ⅲ star type,Ⅳ no flow type. The increase of RI of arcuate artery and interlobular artery is of great value in determining the severity of renal insufficiency. CDE technique is helpful in measuring the RI of interlobular artery and the thickness of renal cortex, which are important parameters in evaluating renal function. It seems there may be no relationship between CDE a nd pat hological type of various chronic nephropathy.

本文应用彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)对50例(100肾)慢性肾病及40例(80肾)正常肾进行对照研究。50例慢性肾病中肾功能不全代偿期29例;氮质血症期7例;尿毒症期14例。除17例晚期病例因肾脏萎缩,不适宜作穿刺活检外,其余均作了肾穿刺活检,有病理诊断。CDE所见可分为四型:Ⅰ型,充满型;Ⅱ型,边缘缺损型;Ⅲ型,星点型;Ⅳ型,无血流型。CDE分型在正常肾与肾病组之间有非常显著差异(p<0.01),在各肾病组之间也有非常显著差异(p<0.01),但在正常组与代偿组间却无显著差异(p>0.05)。本文对各段肾动脉的RI作了测量,结果显示,弓状动脉和小叶间动脉RI的升高,反映慢性肾病肾功能不全严重程度较其余各段肾动脉的RI更为明显。作者认为CDE技术对测量肾皮质厚度和小叶间动脉的RI有很大的帮助。而肾皮质厚度和小叶间动脉的RI是评估肾功能损害程度的重要参数。CDE对慢性肾病的病理分型间看不出有何关系

Fifty-eight hepatic hemangiomas were examined by Doppler Power Imaging (DPI)and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI)for comparation.The results showed that DPI had a significantly higher sensitivity(87.9%vs 51.7%,P<0.01)in detecting blood flow irrespective to the flow direction and ultrasound incident angle to the vessel.The authors present a preliminary report that DPI is superior to CDFI,in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma.

多普勒能量显像(DPI)是一种新的彩色血流成像技术,它几乎不受血流方向和超声探测角度的影响。本组68个实质性肿瘤血管的检测结果表明:在肝癌、肝脏血管瘤、胰腺癌及肾脏肿瘤内部的血管探测上,DPI较CDFI有更高的敏感性,能够较好地显示瘤体内的小血管分支,可显示更低速血流信号。作者认为,DPI是继CDFI之后又一种敏感的血流显示方法
