Abstract The flow of molten plastics withen the mold cavity can be controlled to eliminate the weld lines, sinks and voids of the parts. The shear and orientation of molten plastics within the mold cavity can also be controlled to facilitate uniform alignment of molecular chain and any reinforcing fibers in the direction of flow,resulting in better dimensional stability and less distortion of the parts.

控制模具型腔内熔料的流动,能够消除塑件内的熔接线、表面凹陷和内部缩孔。控制模腔内熔料的剪切定向作用,能够使大分子链段或增强纤维在流动方向上均匀排列,导致塑件具有较好的尺寸稳定性和较少的变形。

The structural design of the head of blow molding machine was introduced and the internal structure of the head was shown by the compiled computer program.The flowing of polymer melt in the head was simulated by AutoLisp language,which was helpful to get a clear understanding of the flowing law of melt and to design the structure and strength of the head of hollow blow molding machine in imitation of actual situation.

推导出螺旋挤压机构螺槽中熔料的纳维尔 斯托克斯方程 (N S方程 )。再结合该螺旋挤压机构实际使用情况做了五个假设 ,从而大大简化N S方程。由此可以推导出计量段螺槽中熔料的速度分布和压力分布流量计算公式。通过以上理论分析来研究粘流态下塑料的运动规律和螺杆参数对熔料流动过程的影响 ,能够更好地控制快速制件的内部结构特性。据此 ,来设计一种螺旋挤压机构 ,用于熔融沉积快速成形机
