目的 :探讨具有健脾补肾、益气养阴、豁痰祛瘀、开窍健脑功用的智脑胶囊治疗Alzheimer病的作用机理。方法 :采用Northern杂交 ,放射自显影等方法观察了智脑胶囊对白细胞介素I(IL - 1)诱导大鼠脑组织 β 淀粉蛋白前体蛋白 (APP)mRNA表达的影响。结果 :智脑胶囊能下调IL - 1诱导的大鼠脑组织APPmRNA过表达 ,结论 :智脑胶囊可通过作用于β AP的前体蛋白环节而减少 β AP在脑组织内沉积来对AD的病情进行有效干预 ,为该药治疗AD提供了新的药理学依据
