So, an effective method is obtained for determining whether the operation of a centrifugal co mpressor set is stable by monitoring the amplitude variation of its subsynchronous frequcncy, the amplitude difference between subsynchronous and working frequency, as well as the track variation of the shaft centre. Being sensitive to se the vibration variations of the rotor system and having an evident symptom before violent vibrations take place, this method can be used to predict the stable level of the machine set during its operation. Connecting to actual situations, the causes of producing subsynchronous vibrations are analysed.

本文叙述一台大型离心式压缩机组多次产生强烈的灾难性的振动。从现场实际振动情况出发,应用频谱分析、信号处理等技术,确认亚异步振动是该机振动的主要祸害。为此,提出了“监视亚异步振动分量的变化、亚异步振动分量同工频分量之差和轴心轨迹的变化”的措施,得到了一个判别机组是否稳定运行的有效方法,它能更敏感地反映转子系统的振动变化,在强振前征兆明显,可予知运行中系统的稳定程度。并结合实际情况,对产生亚异步振动的原因进行分析探讨。
