Thermal analysis of solution cast mixtures of PCL and phenoxy has been carried out with various programmed temperature profiles. Thermal analysis of solution cast mixtures of PCL and phenoxy has been carried out with various programmed temperature profiles. Results from experiments conducted in a quasi-equi-librium state show that PCL crystallizes in the mixtures upon cooling. Furthermore, depressions were observed in melting and crystallization temperatures. The melting point depression pheonomenon is found to be explicable in terms of thermodynamic mixing of a crystalli-ne polymer with an amorphous polymer. To this end, an analytical expression appropriate to the crystalline-amorphous polymer pair derived from Scott's equation for thermodynamic mixing of two polymers was used. From this expression the interaction parameter for this polymer pair is calculated to be -0.155 at 320 K, indicating that the system is well compatible. The crystallization temperature which depends strongly on both the composition and the cooling rate is attributed to the migrate of the PCL segments. Any factor which retards the migration will depress the crystallization temperature. Double crystallization peaks were also observed in the process of cooling.

在食品加工过程中,温度控制是一极重要的控制环节,在温度过程控制中常出现超调、时滞而难于控制等特点.本文提出了一个简易可行的设计方案,并提供了硬件电路和软件框图.只要适当调节硬件和调整软件,便可以应用于任何食品焙烘过程的任何温度范围的控制,同时只要用一台微型计算机便可实现对多个食品加工温度或其他物理量的控制.

An algorithm of self-tuning control based on recursive long-range prediction is presented in this paper. The calculation of the algorithm is simplified, since a recursive approach is used. The experiments of simulation on the computer show that the algorithm is robust to the variation in dead-time or parameters of the systems. A good result is obtained when the algorithm is applied to a temperature process control system.

本文给出了一种基于递推远程预报的自校正控制算法。因采用递推方法,简化了计算,仿真实验表明本算法有较强的鲁捧性,在温度过程控制中应用也获得了满意的结果。
