The results indicated that the interfacial bonding between the fibre and zinc or zinc alloy is poor as a great deal of fibre pull-out on the fracture surface. It was concluded that the toughness of matrixes and fibre/matrix bond force influence the fracture behaviour of composites.

碳纤维增强锌基合金复合材料已经用液态渗透法制造出来了,并且进行了拉伸和冲击试验。本文着重对拉伸和冲击断口用扫描电镜和电子探针进行了分析。结果说明纤维与锌或锌合金的界面结合很弱,以致在它们的断口上有大量的纤维拔出。这种复合材料的失效是受基体的解理断裂控制的,所以基体的韧性及纤维和基体的结合力影响复合材料的断裂特性。

Carbon fiber reinforced zinc matrix composites have been prepared by means of vacuum liquid-infiltration in this work. The results of the tensile and the wear tests show a significant increase of the strength of zinc and its alloy, and a noticeable improvement of wear resistance of the zinc alloy after the addition of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber reinforced zinc matrix composites have been prepared by means of vacuum liquid-infiltration in this work. The results of the tensile and the wear tests show a significant increase of the strength of zinc and its alloy, and a noticeable improvement of wear resistance of the zinc alloy after the addition of carbon fiber. The tensile and impact fractography of carbon fiber/zinc composites and the worn surface of the said composite are observed respectively with the aid of a S-570 scanning electronic microscope, and the fracture surface is also analysed by a X-ray energy spectrometer. Moreover, the influence factors upon the longitudinal tensile and impact properties, and the friction and wear properties of the composites have also been discussed in this paper.

本文采用真空液态渗透法制备了碳/锌复合材料。拉伸和磨损试验表明:碳纤维的加入,明显提高了锌以及锌合金的抗拉强度,改善了锌合金的摩擦磨损特性。用S-570扫描电镜观察了碳/锌复合材料的拉伸和冲击断口,以及碳/锌复合材料的磨损表面,并用X-射线能谱仪对断口进行了分析。此外,本文还对碳/锌复合材料的纵向拉伸性能、纵向冲击性能以及摩擦磨损性能的影响因素进行了讨论。

本文采用两种不同的制备工艺制取了两种界面性质各异的碳纤维增强铅合金基复合材料。试验发现采用加压液态渗透法可以降低对纤维表面质量的要求,并改善纤维在基体合金中的分布密度。尽管电镀纤维由于表面质量较差,与基体合金的结合强度不及化学镀纤维与基体的结合强度,但是电镀纤维复合材料在断裂过程中要吸收更多的断裂功。
