In order to meet the demands of the development of energy industry and aseismic engineering design, the testing and study of the dynamic characteristics of such high-rise tower buildings have become an urgent problem. This paper presents the dynamic tests conducted on a 62m high large R.C.winding tower erected by the "preconstructing and wholly shifting" method under the conditions of non-fixed, wholly fixed and partially fixed basements, and analyzes the dynamic characteristic discrepancies of the free vibration frequencies, dampings and vibration modes measured by different test recording methods as well as the effects of fixation conditions of basements on the dynamic characteristics of structures, thereby providing the so far lacking reference data for the design of winding towers and similar high-rise industrial buildings.

高耸的井塔楼是矿井的咽喉建筑。为了适应能源工业发展中工程抗震设计的要求,研究和测试这类塔型高层建筑的动力特性,是一个重要的课题。本文介绍一座高62米、采用“预建整移”施工的大型钢筋混凝土井塔楼在基底未固定、基底不完全固定及基底完全固定条件下的动力测试,分析了用不同测试记录方法所测得的自振频率、阻尼、振型等参数的差异以及基底固定条件对结构动力性能的影响等情况,为井塔楼和类似的高层工业建筑结构的设计提供了参考数据。

On the basis of analysis for the economy of nuclear power in abroad, it is verified that the cost of nuclear power is cheaper than that of coal-fired power. In the future, the nuclear power is still competitive in economy. The prospect for long-term energy supply in China is predicted on the present situation of energy industry. It is estimated that the gap between energy demands and supply will become larger and larger. The solution is to develop nuclear energy in south-east shortage in that developed economy area. The long-term demands of electricity and electrical resources are estimated in China, and if nuclear energy is utilized that will optimize the constitution of electricity. The economy of nuclear power is also evaluated. It is expected that the nuclear power will be cheaper than that of coal-fired power in China after equipments are made domestically and serially. From the analysis of the conditions of communication, transportation and pollution,the development of nuclear eaergy will reduce the tension of transportation and improve the environmental quality.
