The paper developed a dynamic simulation system of vehicle powertrain using a tool of Matlab/Simulink by means of combination of principles, component and/or subsystem test results and past experience. It can be used to predict vehicle performance, fuel economy and emission under different shift strategies and the transient characteristic of vehicle during gearshift. The simulation system consists of five parts: a driver model, a road load model, a vehicular model, a transmission system model and a shift controller model. With the help of the simulation system, a designer can test his design quickly and safely. The powerful usage enable it to predict the effect of changes in control strategies on dynamic performance of the vehicle system quickly and safely. As a powerful tool it can shorten developing cycle and reduce developing cost in development of an automatic, electronically controlled transmission. The structure of the fuzzy controller model and the fuzzy shift schedules are given in the paper. The simulation results include the acceleration process of the vehicle from standstill with constant throttle, and the influences of different shift schedules on the dynamic system of a vehicle.

And it shortens the strong scale control section and the keeping control section, widens the fuzzy control section in the period of mixed pressure phase and high pressure keeping phase to exert fully the function of adjusting the controller for oil pressure, it can thus achieve the aim of improving the shift quality. Moreover, the feed forward unit has the stated prefiguring character, it can shorten the shift time.

本文将变结构前馈模糊控制器应用到车辆换挡过程控制系统中 ,通过对换挡过程油压控制曲线不同阶段设定不同控制参数集的方式 ,来改变系统的特征状态空间。在初期充油阶段和低压保持阶段 ,缩小模糊控制区 ,扩大强比例控制区和保持控制区 ;在调压阶段和高压保持阶段 ,则缩小强比例控制区和保持区 ,扩大模糊控制区 ,充分发挥控制器对油压的调节作用 ,达到改善换挡品质的目的。而前馈控制环节 ,具有一定的预见性 ,可以缩短换挡时间。

By using the fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy shift scheme was developed in this paper to realize the automation of the manipulating. The strategy is composed of a basic fuzzy shift strategy, which sets the schedule according to the vehicle speed and throttle valve opening when the vehicle on the plane road, and a fuzzy modification module, in which the modifying intensity is used to adjust the basic fuzzy shift stragety when the vehicle on the ramp road. The modification process can be easily realized in a control system applying the modification intensity. A fuzzy shift strategy was designed and two driving cases were simulated, the one of them was that the vehicle run on a plane road starting from the bottom gear and accelerating process, the other on the muddy ramp road. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy shift strategy was effective and feasible.

为实现车辆换挡操纵的自动化 ,在车辆模型及其工作原理的基础上 ,确立了液力机械传动车辆换挡控制的原则。基于模糊理论 ,建立了由基本模糊换挡策略和模糊修正模块所组成的模糊换挡控制方案 ,并进而设计了模糊换挡策略。仿真结果表明了所设计的模糊换挡策略的可行性和有效性
